Do you provide virtual consultations?

Yes! Virtual consultations are available within the UK only.

Should I set a budget for my first appointment?

Achieving optimal skin health is 80% what you do at home and 20% treatments. Homecare is the most important part! I will only ever recommend products your skin will benefit from, but it is advisable to set aside a budget to invest in homecare. Even if you can’t start with treatments right away, spending on homecare will achieve results. 

Please note, I do not work with brands that can be purchased on the high street. This is due to the fact there are so many, I couldn’t possibly test them all to know their efficacy. I will only recommend products I stock in clinic due to having solid formulations, delivery systems, results & clinical studies.

Can I just book a treatment without consultation?

New clients will always need to begin with a consultation, this is for us to go through your medical history, skincare history, lifestyle habits and so much more. You can either book a consultation on its own or consultation & first treatment.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment. This will give me time to fill your slot.
What is your rescheduling policy?

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment slot.

What is your missed appointment policy?

Our booking system allows card capture at the time of booking. If you do not turn up for your appointment, your card will be charged 100% of the service you booked in for.

What is your deposit policy?
All deposits are non refundable, however, you can reschedule your appointment.
What is your late policy?

If you’re going to be late, please contact me to let me know. I allow a 15 minute grace allowance as I totally understand that life happens – but please be aware that this will cut into your appointment time or your appointment may not be able to take place.

Important Clinic Notice!

There are unfortunately, no free parking spaces available. The closest parking is by Imperial Square, if you download the MiPermit app, you can pay for your parking on the app VIA card or in cash using the machines.

I am on the second floor of the building, I do not have a waiting room at this current time, please avoid arriving early.

Children aren’t permitted on site and please avoid bringing anyone else to your appointment as this is your time to learn & relax!

Do you offer refunds?

There are strictly no refunds offered on opened skincare products or treatments.
