Hi, I’m Courtney! From a young age, my fascination with skin ignited a deep passion within me. Driven by this passion and my own acne journey, I have dedicated myself to extensive research and rigorous training to attain the highest level of expertise in skin health. My approach to skincare revolves around merging professional-grade products with cutting-edge equipment, all while embracing a holistic perspective that nurtures your skin from within.

With every client, my goal is to provide a comprehensive and personalised experience that goes beyond surface-level treatments. By understanding the intricate interplay between internal factors and external care, I strive to optimise your skin’s health and vitality. Together, we will embark on a journey that encompasses not only external skincare, but also internal wellness, ensuring your skin radiates with a natural, luminous glow.

My Why

I understand firsthand the challenges that come with skin issues, particularly acne, as I have personally struggled with it in the past (& still do, it is controlled, not cured!). This personal experience ignited my desire to delve into the world of skincare and discover effective solutions that can transform not only your skin but also your self-confidence.

Having overcome my own battle with cystic acne, I know how it can impact one’s life on multiple levels. The frustration, self-consciousness, and the endless search for solutions can be overwhelming. However, through extensive research, continuous education, and hands-on experience, I have honed my skills and gained valuable knowledge in the field of skincare.

My Journey

Where it all began...

My passion for skincare began at a young age, around eight years old, when I found myself captivated by the array of skincare products lining the shelves of chemists, boots and superdrug. The allure of the beautifully packaged bottles sparked my imagination, and I often dreamed of one day creating my own potions. As life progressed, I explored various jobs and career paths, but none of them truly resonated with me.

A leap of faith...

When I turned eighteen, I took a leap of faith and started my own skincare and lifestyle blog called “Courtney’s Corner.” Little did I know that this platform would connect me with people from all corners of the globe, and my website would attract thousands of visits each day. Through my blog, I shared my personal skincare product recommendations, lifestyle tips, and even my favourite recipes. However, it wasn’t until later that I realised I could turn this passion into a fulfilling career. So while having acne was a mentally stressful time, I am grateful for it to lead me to where I am today.

My own clinic!

By 2020, I proudly opened my own clinic in Cheltenham, where I have been able to provide personalised skincare solutions to a growing client base. Additionally, in 2021, I started working two days a week at Andy Millward’s esteemed Harborne Clinic. Being mentored by Andy has been an invaluable experience, providing me with guidance and expertise that continually elevates my skills as a skincare specialist. As my business has grown, I left working at the Harborne clinic in January 2024 to expand my working hours in Cheltenham to accommodate my waiting list!

My approach is rooted in education and empowerment. I believe that by educating you as a client about your skin and providing you with the tools and knowledge you need to care for it, you can achieve long-term skin health, whether this be lifestyle & dietary recommendations, a change of skincare products, and frequent treatments, we will work together to achieve optimal goals.

With a deep understanding of the latest advancements in skincare technology, combined with the use of high-quality, scientifically-proven products, I aim to provide you with effective treatments that yield visible results. I am committed to staying up-to-date with the ever-evolving field of skincare, attending industry conferences, and continuously expanding my knowledge base to offer you the most advanced and innovative solutions available.

I believe that skincare is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and each individual deserves a customised plan to achieve their skin goals. Whether you’re struggling with acne, rosacea, ageing skin, hyperpigmentation, or any other skin condition, I am here to guide you on your path to healthy skin. I visited Courtney to see if she could help me with deep acne scaring on my face. From the moment I had my first consultation I knew I was in safe hands. She is super friendly and her passion and knowledge for everything skin related is incredible! She takes the time to explain the treatments in detail & has a genuine care about her clients. After going through my skin care and changing a few products she recommended me a course of microneedling/skin pen to tackle my scars, half way through I can already see such an improvement in my skin. Courtney will check in post treatment to see how I’m healing and if I’ve got any concerns. I booked an appointment with Courtney as a friend recommended her. My skin was fine and I did not have any problems with it, but it was starting to feel tired and dry. I had the first appointment where we had a chat about my habits and my skin and then Courtney recommended what products to use. After 8 months I could not be happier! My skin feels very hydrated, lighter and more luminous. The routine advised is very easy to follow so it’s not a problem to keep up with it. I have also had a Byonik treatment and it was lush, my skin was radiant after that. Courtney is a great and very knowledgeable facialist. Not at any time I felt “forced” to purchase the products she recommended, but after having tried them once, my skin and I are hooked to them! I definitely would recommend her to everyone!
