Do you provide virtual consultations?

Yes, I do provide virtual consultations for all over the UK

Should I set a budget for my first appointment?

It is best to be on a skincare regime which has been curated by myself to achieve optimal results. During your first appointment, I will advise on the best homecare protocols for you to follow and professional products to use. I am able to work with all budgets, big or small but be prepared to invest in your skin, it is 80% homecare and 20% professional treatments, what you do at home is where it counts!

Products recommended are to help you with your skin concerns, I will never push products for the sake of it!

 

How do I know which treatment to book?

New clients will always need to begin with a consultation, this is for us to go through your medical history, skincare history, lifestyle habits and so much more. You can either book a consultation on its own or consultation & first treatment.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment. This will give me time to fill your slot.
What is your rescheduling policy?
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment slot.
What is your missed appointment policy?

Our booking system allows card capture at the time of booking. If you do not turn up for your appointment, your card will be charged 100% of the service you booked in for.

What is your deposit policy?
All deposits are non refundable, however, you can reschedule your appointment.
What is your late policy?

If you’re going to be late, please contact me to let me know. I allow a 15 minute grace allowance as I totally understand that life happens – but please be aware that this will cut into your appointment time. 

Do you have a clinic policy?
Please don’t bring anyone else to your appointment, due to current restrictions I can only have one client in at one time. Children are also not permitted on site.

There are unfortunately, no free parking spaces available. The closest parking is by Imperial Square, if you download the MiPermit app, you can pay for your parking on the app VIA card or in cash using the machines.

I am on the second floor of the building, I do not have a waiting room at this current time, so please try to avoid arriving early, if you do, please wait out the front, text me and I will come down to collect you.

What is your COVID-19 Policy?
Please wear a mask to your appointment, I will have a hand sanitising station available. Please DO NOT bring anyone else to your appointment and please don’t arrive early as I need to allow additional time to sanitise and disinfect after each client. If you are feeling unwell or have COVID symptoms, please do let me know.
Do you offer refunds?

There are strictly no refunds offered on opened skincare products or treatments.

Please be honest about what skincare products you use or protocols you’ve followed. I will not judge you! This allows us to come up with the best treatment plan going forward and I want to be able to educate you on the best skin practices and products to be used.
