Delivery Information

UK Delivery

All UK orders over £150 receive are eligible for FREE DELIVERY! Delivery for UK orders valued under £150 will be charged a flat fee of £5.00. For faster and more secure shipment Royal Mail First Class Signed For and Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery services are available for an additional fee.

UK deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail – typically delivery can be expected within 2 to 5 working days once you have received dispatch email. If there are any delays in regards to shipping orders, this will be shown on the website.

For your peace of mind, all parcels are sent via a second class signed for service. To enable successfully delivery of your parcel, a signature on delivery will be required. If you are not available to sign for your goods please specify an alternative delivery address (e.g. work) during the checkout process.

EU Delivery

We currently do not deliver anywhere outside of the United Kingdom.

Additional Delivery Information

Orders placed on Saturdays / Sundays or Bank holidays will be dispatched on the following working day (subject to stock availability). If there is any delay in regards to shipping orders due to annual leave or sickness, we will put notifications of this on the website, so that you are aware there will be a delay

If an item is out of stock / back-ordered we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed to inform you of the expected delivery date for the missing item(s) to be back in stock.

In the event of delivery not being possible within 14 days (UK) of placing the order, we will inform you of this and give you the option to cancel the order and receive full refund of monies paid.

The majority of orders will arrive within the delivery times stated above, however, please allow at least 10 working days for UK delivery before contacting us, as we are unable to investigate with couriers until this time has passed.

If a parcel is deemed lost we will not be able to offer a replacement until 10 – 25 working days after the shipping date depending on the country posted to, subject to customers informing us via email at

If a parcel is lost, we are not able to offer a straight refund, we will however send out a replacement.

Any goods not received within the above timescales must be reported to us via email within 25 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note we cannot accept responsibility after this date due to courier regulations regarding the compensation for lost parcels.

Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries whereby the address provided by the customer is not accurate. If a delivery fails due to a customer supplying an address incorrectly, we will not re-send or refund the order until the original parcel has been returned to our premises.
